All rates are subject to 9% Hotel Tax

Hotel Policy and Cancellation:

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability on the date requested. This special request requires approval with the front office personnel.
  • Failure to inform the front desk of late checkout is subject to automatic full rate room charge.
  • Please note that any changes in the guest’s reservation is subject to cancellation fees at full rate charge.
  • Early check-out any unused deposit is subject to following penalty fees: For refund of unused portion, it is subject to a 25% sur charge deduction for any refund on credit card. Credit card holder must be the same as used for payment at check-in time. Credit card and passports of guests must be presented at check-out time.
  • NO-SHOW 6 PM CUT OFF TIME: Reservations not occupied by 6:00 PM (18:00 Hrs) will be classified as a NO-SHOW, unless prior arrangements or updates have been made. If NO-SHOW for guaranteed reservations first night charge will be applied.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in, for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests a valid identity card such as, social security card, shall be accepted as proof of identity.
  • 7 Days prior to arrival FULL Stay charge applied inclusive 9% Hotel Tax
  • NO SHOW or SAME DAY cancellation FULL Stay charged inclusive 9% Hotel Tax
