ROOM DESCRIPTION
Guest rooms are equipped with two double beds or one king size bed. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with local art and furniture. Each guest room overlooks our beautiful and lush tropical garden. Rooms feature the comfort of air-conditioning, ceiling fan, color cable TV with more than 60 channels, direct dialing telephone, in room coffee service and hair dryer.

DEPOSIT:
Reservation must be secured with a valid credit card. We accept Travelers Cheques and all major credit cards including American Express. For cash deposits: if no cancellation is received prior to arrival, no refund.

GUARANTEE POLICY:
A credit card gurantee is required to complete a reservation.

Your credit card will be charged in cancellation policies are not correctly followed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For reservation done more than 31 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be granted if cancellation is received 7days prior to arrival.

For reservation done 5 to 3 days prior to arrival, a first night charge penalty fee will be incurred, if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to arrival

Same day cancellation must be notified by 3pm, local time on arrival date. This results in the penalty fee of first night charge.

If no cancellation request is received prior to your arrival, your credit card will be charged for your entire full stay.

CHECK OUT TIME:
12:00 noon on the day of departure. Guests desiring to stay an additional night are asked to please notify Front Desk.
